At Midlothian Music USA™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm eligibility.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully repackage your item in its original shipping carton with all included accessories, manuals, and protective packaging materials to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix your shipping label and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box, then drop it off at your preferred carrier's location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
